I'm Martina, the founder and driving force behind my small, one-woman jewelry business.

Creating handmade jewelry isn't just a job for me, it's my passion. I love the creative process of transforming raw gold and silver into something new and exciting using just my goldsmiths tools.

My journey as a jewelry artist began with formal training as a master goldsmith, followed by years of experience working in jewelry galleries and goldsmith workshops. 

When I made the decision to establish my own workshop, I was clear about my mission: mabotte jewelry is not just about adornment or style. I want to craft pieces that inspire emotions, evoke memories, and tell personal stories. Each piece from mabotte is designed to be a timeless companion in your life, something that lasts not just for years but for generations to come.

As a goldsmith, I work with some of the most valuable materials available, but my focus goes beyond that. This is why I have chosen to specialize in lockets, reimagining this classic piece to hold not just valuables but also your precious memories and personal stories.

Sustainability is a core value for me, reflected in my use of mostly recycled precious metals in all designs and eco-friendly paper packaging.

I take great pleasure in crafting custom designs, collaborating closely with customers to bring their visions to life. From initial ideas to final adjustments, seeing the joy in my customers when they receive their personalized piece is incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, I find inspiration in nature, cooking for family and friends, and learning new skills, like dancing or foreign languages -  all of which enrich my creativity and passion for crafting meaningful jewelry for you.
